Elizabeth Wyn Wood (October 8, 1903 - January 27, 1966) was a Canadian sculptor, born in Orillia, Ontario, Canada.

Wood studied sculpture at the Ontario College of Art and at the Art Students League of New York. Among her major public works is the Welland-Crowland War Memorial in Chippawa Park, Welland, Ontario, dedicated in 1939, and the 1962 reliefs at Ryerson University in Toronto.

She studied under, and in 1926 married, Emanuel Hahn. Together with Alfred Laliberté, Frances Loring, Florence Wyle and Henri Hébert they were founding members of the Sculptors' Society of Canada. She was inducted into the Orillia Hall of Fame in 1966.
